Terrible front office. The doctor and nurse practitioner only care about making money!
Horrible staff in front office. REALLY bad. The only reason Im not giving zero stars is because my relative likes the doctor. Also, I have had good interactions with Jennifer. When you call on the phone, a woman picks up the phone and says "Please Hold" and immediately puts you on hold before you can say a word. Recently, she put me on hold for 16 minutes before she answered. I was transferred to a woman who seemed to have no idea why I was transferred to her.
