Dr. Solanky was able to find ODT meds to help with my migraine when other specialists couldn't. He answered all my concerns and helped me get back to a normal life
I’ve been seeing Dr. Solanky for several years and I’ve found him to be one of the nicest, most caring & knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever had. He’s also very patient, never rushed you and answers any and all questions thoroughly. One more huge plus; in over 50 visits I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to see him. I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs a neurologist.
Dr Solanky is a phenomenal MS Specialist. Since my diagnosis in 2011, I have not had an exacerbation. We’ve had it under control through regular exams and monitoring my MRIs. He is brilliant, doesn’t rush you, kind, answers your questions and best yet isn’t a pill pusher. He has a gentle, caring presence. I moved from Bergen County NJ all the way up to Orange County NY and would never think of changing my MS Specialist. He is amazing.
He really cares, and listens. Knows all about Arnold Chiari Malformation
Dr. is very good and personable, Office staff is absolutely horrible. I was left with the impression office staff had no concern for patient's well-being. I was told by Virginia of office staff, "we have much to high of a patient load for the Dr. to call patients with imaging results, the patient needs to call and ask for them." I like Dr. Solanky, but find it impossible to work with his office staff.
Office demanded $300 deductible payment up front or the Doctor wouldn't see me. After I sat there for a half hour and filled out all the paperwork. Worse than the mafia!
Solanky is the laziest Doctor I've ever had. He does not do a proper comprehensive examination that all neurologists do during each appointment. He does nothing when he sees you he simply schedules appointments to collect a copay. If you want to have a doctor that truly cares and strives to get you the best treatment do not see this doctor. You wait forever and he will see you for 5-10mins. HORRIBLE and LAZY is an understatement!
