Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Yes, they are patient with first-time mothers Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special.
