May file a formal complaint for negligence, and dishonestly. It would be 0 stars if available .
Dr. Patel seems to be a good dr. However his policy and staff lacks kindness and professionalism. You have to pay before the dr will see you, even though your insurance is covering the visit. They say they'll refund the money if the insurance company pays. They don't refund.
