I’ve known this jeweller since 2009, back when I was living in Montréal. Their craftsmanship, product and price is unbeatable…I used to go there with my fiancé Sabir, they did my mother's jewellery and baby’s ID bracelet… Very satisfied and highly recommended !
Beware South Asians and Sri Lankans: Terrible customer service from Mukesh. The elder man didn’t even acknowledge or was helpful. Abruptly, he told me to take off my gloves before I had the chance to do so to try on some jewelry and made me use a hand sanitizer. It felt uncomfortable since I went to a couple other high-end jewelry stores in the area before coming here and none of the stores asked me to do this. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. I came in to buy a gold ring for my mom, who lives far away. Since she couldn’t be there in person, we were talking on the phone to discuss options. I took a few pictures to send her so she could decide, and the staff immediately became aggressive, rudely questioning why I was taking pictures.
