The maintenance manager Sergio was Great he came in fixed my dishwasher and faucet handle, I put in a request with the app which was easy to use and spoke to Sierra the community manager, she got on it. I’ve moved here in February my experience since new management Sequoia has been Great! Nice units, good space in the bedrooms, very happy tenants!
Me and my husband are happy and love this place. The management are amazing , they welcome pets. They keep the area clean. It’s convenient to a lot of places mostly grocery store. Martinez area is a safe place I’m comfortable walking my dogs around. Unfortunately we have to go back home because his job there is finished . Thank you muirwood apartment, we might come back again one day if he gets to work up there. Roan and clay
The staff is very helpful. I would like to see better lighting in the parking lot. They informed me that they have ordered new lighting and that makes me think they care about the residents, which in most places the higher ups don’t care.
My daughter and I have lived at Muirwood Apts for approximately 15 years and it has, for the most part, an enjoyable experience. We have seen different management teams come and go. The current management team is excellent. Sierra is friendly, helpful and keeps the residents informed of whatever is going on. The maintenance crew are always friendly day and helpful. I would highly recommend Muirwood Apts to family and friends.
Friendly leasing consultant. Diamond made sure I understood every step of the leasing process. I met maintenance and grounds keeper they are nice and friendly. I'm new to the area so far so good, it quite and we'll maintained
