⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really positive experience with Muirwood Apartment Homes. The community is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The apartments are spacious, and I really appreciate the convenient amenities and location. Everything has been handled smoothly, and the team has been helpful whenever needed. Definitely a great place to call home in Martinez!
We enjoy living here.The community is clean and well taken care of. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to respond. It's pet-friendly. My dogs like the walking areas, and it's nice living somewhere that welcomes all pets. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
The maintenance manager Sergio was Great he came in fixed my dishwasher and faucet handle, I put in a request with the app which was easy to use and spoke to Sierra the community manager, she got on it. I’ve moved here in February my experience since new management Sequoia has been Great! Nice units, good space in the bedrooms, very happy tenants!
Excellent service from Marvin! Fast, efficient, we were so pleased! He’s so friendly and we are so happy he works here! Tony is an excellent employee - so happy he’s here! He’s always keeping the hallways swept clean, the glass door windows, etc. and he does jobs that are not on his job description but these “extra things” I’ve seen him do help keep the area around the apts looking nice. I reported a concern about loud music and shouting from a neighboring apartment. It got so bad that I asked if I could move to another unit. Within a few days, I noticed that my neighbor was much quieter. I was just in the management office to pay my rent, and the staff asked if I still had a noise problem. I indicated that I didn't anymore, and they mentioned that they had reported my concern to the noisy tenant. I am so pleased with the follow-up by the office staff. Now I won't have to move.
