The maintenance manager Sergio was Great he came in fixed my dishwasher and faucet handle, I put in a request with the app which was easy to use and spoke to Sierra the community manager, she got on it. I’ve moved here in February my experience since new management Sequoia has been Great! Nice units, good space in the bedrooms, very happy tenants!
Me and my husband are happy and love this place. The management are amazing , they welcome pets. They keep the area clean. It’s convenient to a lot of places mostly grocery store. Martinez area is a safe place I’m comfortable walking my dogs around. Unfortunately we have to go back home because his job there is finished . The new Sequoia management, led by Sierra Mixon, is outstanding! They are professional, caring, prompt in their responses, and attentive to residents' needs. The yards and buildings are beautifully maintained. They go out of their way to ensure safety and a feeling of being a "home." My daughter and I have lived at Muirwood Apts for approximately 15 years and it has, for the most part, an enjoyable experience. We have seen different management teams come and go. The current management team is excellent. Sierra is friendly, helpful and keeps the residents informed of whatever is going on. The maintenance crew are always friendly day and helpful. I would highly recommend Muirwood Apts to family and friends.
There's always an adjustment period with new management, but Sierra and Diamond have made the transition smooth and positive. They’re always kind, helpful, and responsive. The new maintenance man Kenny is also a great addition to the team—extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He gets the job done right the first time. Overall, things are running smoothly.
