The maintenance manager Sergio was Great he came in fixed my dishwasher and faucet handle, I put in a request with the app which was easy to use and spoke to Sierra the community manager, she got on it. I’ve moved here in February my experience since new management Sequoia has been Great! Nice units, good space in the bedrooms, very happy tenants!
There's always an adjustment period with new management, but Sierra and Diamond have made the transition smooth and positive. They’re always kind, helpful, and responsive. The new maintenance man Kenny is also a great addition to the team—extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. He gets the job done right the first time. Overall, things are running smoothly.
I definitely recommend Muirwoods! Sierra has made my experience signing very easy. Very professional and attentive, sorting out any concern and maintenance request immediately. I greatly appreciated her welcoming demeanor and insight. It makes a stressful move much easier. Thanks Sierra!
Amazing service from the new management who bends over backwards to make sure we are all ok and Kenny our cool maintenance man who helped me today. Muirwood Gardens is a beautiful complex and has been through a myriad of changes with management lately that finally resulted in people who can actually run this place! Sequoia properties just recently took over and Sierra is the new PM; she’s fantastic! She has gotten things caught up, she’s SO quick and efficient and clearly knows her stuff.
