I have called numerous times and left many voicemails to reschedule my appt . Nobody picks up or returns my call. No live person picks up, just AI who doesn't reschedule my appt. After trying many times I decided just to cancel
I just love how great they are with the kids ,all the staff is very welcoming and friendly,highly recommend this place 😀
This is the best dental office for kids the staff is very patient and kind, never a long wait. My son has been going for three+ years now thank you DDS. Rubin, Veronica, Taylor, Marilyn, Erica, and the gentleman at the front desk such an organized staff that always gets the job done ☑️ and keeps smiles bright 😁🪥🦷 thanks again Muir stations smile !
My 3 children have been coming to this dentist since they were infants. The staff is very professional and overall patient with non cooperative kids. Best experience I've ever had
My 4 y/o went in for his regular teeth cleaning with a lot of hesitation. It wasn’t his first visit, but it might as well have been. He’s done great in the past, but with how quickly kids develop, he had forgotten all about what going to the dentist entails. He questioned every little detail and was very nervous, but Shia was incredibly thorough and explained every step in an age-appropriate way.
