The staff is very friendly, but the wait to see the doctor is excessive over an hour waiting to be seen. They need to understand that we parents have to work and the children have to get back to school.
We had such a great experience with this office throughout my daughter’s first phase of braces treatment. Her braces journey was definitely long and eventful, but Tim and the entire staff were amazing every step of the way. From the time my dog chewed up her palate expander and Tim was able to fix it, to the many times she broke wires and needed repairs, they were always patient, helpful, and understanding.
