Rather than a confrontational approach he argues your case in a respectful, courteous manner to the other side. The other side eventually appreciated this approach and retuned in kind. This meant the dispute was settled much, much sooner than later which of course saved a lot of time and money. His aim from day one was to try to find a mutually agreeable settlement in order to avoid trial. I highly recommend him. I think his approach should be utilized more in the legal area.
