While Dr Ouelette is a good dentist, I had serious problems with the faculty. They told me they confirmed the cost of a service with my insurance and then when it ended up being more, I had a terrible experience trying to get the expenses confirmed and paid. Long story short, they sent my bill to a debt collector despite me giving them my credit card on the third time speaking with them and telling them to charge it.
