Both of our cats received excellent care here for year. It's obvious how much both Dr. Gus and Diana love the animals that come in.
We have never taken our beloved cats to ANYONE who can come close to this clinic, Dr. Gus and Diana. Dr. Gus is peerless. His knowledge, resources, skill, deep compassion, determination and dedication are far, far beyond services provided by anyone else in Madison. Diana is perfect: big heart, sharp mind. Cathy and Arthur Upham.
Amazing staff and perfect care for all of our animals, even the growly one. They are there to help when you need them which is all I’ve wanted from our vets. We had urgent care needs for a senior feline and they were gracious and non judgmental of our struggles towards the end with our kitty. They are fair priced and no pressure which is soemthing rare I hear, so I figured I would add this review to support them ❤️
I called to have records sent to my current vet, for our cat, who has been missing since last night. I asked for them to email records to the area vets, bc our cat IS micro-chipped. The person on the phone not only failed to introduce themself, but continually reminded me that “we are with patients” and repeatedly asked me to “make my call quick” and said “I’ll just have to call you back”. Dr. Gus and Diana are wonderful. So understanding and compassionate with our dog each time he is in to see them. Bucky and his family are very thankful to have a great clinic so close.
