I have leased property with Muhr for many years. It has been a great experience!!!
As a tenant for only two years I think this is the premier location in Colorado Springs for a professional services office. This is a great location with suberb amenities and an outstanding responsive staff. If you seekng a professional building without the hassle of being downtown, this is the place.
I've been here for over 12 years, and the property manager does an exceptional job of taking care of all the clients in the professional buildings!
Tyler and Rebecca are wonderful hosts, greeting clients when they come in and directing them to our offices. The office space itself is large and beautiful, fully furnished. The kitchen and locker room, with shower availability is a nice perk. I can work out mid day, clean up and get back to work, fresh as when I started the day. I highly recommend the staff and the Muhr Professional Buildings!!
