I was trying to give this man business by trading my car in at a loss. He decided instead of pulling up the accident details on car fax that he was going to make ME call the police department in little rock Arkansas to get the accident report. They will not email or mail any documents, according to the person I spoke with. He expects me to drive out of state to get a report he can get on car fax.
