I'm 7 months pregnant and have been trying to get an authorization on switching my OB so I can deliver to a hospital closer to my house, since mid April. Too bad I have to give a star because even 1 star isn’t deserved!!! This office is horrible! My husband had influenza A at the beginning of COVID and really needed care. He was coughing so hard and passing out. He didn’t have COVID This office refused him care BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID TO SEE HIM and said they weren’t seeing respiratory patients. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to Dignity Health in Sacramento. My office visit on August 21, 2024, was extremely unsatisfactory and has caused me significant mental stress. I was charged $500 for an office visit that was supposed to address my illness.
