He is an attentive and caring physician who is very thorough and knowledgeable at what he does. He takes the time to gather information and explain things thoroughly . He is top notch!
I have never met a more competent and caring doctor than Dr. Akhtar. He has been my primary care physician since 2003 and has been committed to my best health and well-being through a lot of challenges. If you need a partner in your healthcare, I hope you can get in to see him-- my brother, nephew, ex-husband and several friends are all currently his patients. Once I got over "sharing" my doctor with people in my life, everyone I know who has gone to him will never leave the practice.
Dr Akhtar is very patient with his patients with special needs, when ever I called he returns my calls in reasonable frame of time, and he answers me in person, he's one of the few doctors who still takes time to listen to his patient's concerns. The waiting time is reasonable.
Dr. Akhtar is a wonderful caring doctor. He listens to me every time I go and is very knowledgeable. His staff is so friendly
