I can't think of anything negative to say about Dr. Iqbal. I have a bit of white coat syndrome when it comes to seeing any doctor, but not with him. Each time I have seen him he has been very thorough and took time to explain things so that I can understand them. Thank you Dr. Iqbal!!
I have only had one visit so far but he genuinely has made me feel cared about. He didn't push me off on someone else. He seen me himself and he was kind, empathetic and hilarious. He made a very scary thing not feel so scary for me. I really think he will help me.
GO TO UK! Baptist's Dr. Iqbal behaved as if I was wasting his time. I told him I believe my overbite causes OSA. He seemed confused that I complained of sleep apnea since I am not obese. Sleep study techs were not very personable and also said they were confused why I'm there because I'm not obese. Baptist sleep study reported no apnea. UK sleep study showed mod OSA and Central Sleep Apnea and REM Enactment Disorder. UK ordered CPAP.
