Came with an throbbing pain on my belly, the doctor said it was probably indigestion caused my stress and sent me home with antiacids without doing any additional check-up despite me insisting it was something else. 24 hours later I was rushed to the ER for an abdominal aneurysm, the nurses there were flabbergasted this was not detected on my previous visit.
Dr. Zafar has a great bedside manner and took all the time to listen to my concerns and adviced on what tests and treatments to do without being invasive. He shows that he cares for the well-being of the patient and avoids unnecessary medications and procedures, trying to find a more reasonable solution. Highly recommended.
This man saw me for Gi work and for 20 minutes did not touch me sat 4 ft from me. He is from Pakistan and is a shame

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Zafar and his staff for everything they did for me. I have been sick since the end of June and was declining rapidly. I was told to see a GI doctor, but no one would see me because I was a “new patient”. Dr. Zafar's staff heard my distress and I had an appointment with in the hour. He was reassuring, engaged and made me feel like I was his only patient. I am feeling better but cautiously optimistic. Thank you for making me well. #GREATDOC
Dr. Zafar really listened to all of my concerns and even asked questions himself to get to the bottom of the cause. I liked that he came up with a treatment plan and didn't just pill push. His bed side manner was excellent.
Seriously one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. Extremely thorough, intelligent, incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and the BEST bedside manner I’ve ever witnessed. He has been so kind and patient with me during all my visits. That goes a long way! I truly appreciate him and his care he has given me. His staff ladies are super as well. They are incredibly kind, gentle, and also have such a friendly attitude! Couldn’t say enough about them!
Treatment by a doctor's staff can cause a doctor to keep or lose patients. This is why doctors should care very much about the people they hire to interact with and serve their patients. I work with the public and I know the difference between excellent and poor service and care. I received poor and indifferent service. Though Dr. Zafar was competent and friendly in his service, I will never return to nor can I recommend Dr. Zafar because of his unfriendly and indifferent office staff.
Dr. Zafar is an excellent doctor. He is very kind and caring and his staff is super! He is very thorough and saved me from a very serious situation.
