Excellent. Dr Akbar listens and works with you but doesn't play games and is direct.
I've been a patient with Akbar for 11 years. He saved my life at 41 years old and I am forever grateful. Being so young with heart disease is very trying. Just stick to the rules of no smoking, a fat free diet, cardio exercise, while walk with FAITH. Go to cardiac rehab to learn everything you need to know, and you'll do just fine.
