Don’t you dare get sick the day of an appointment and even if you try to call and reschedule and don’t no show, it’s still considered a no show and you’re dismissed from the practice before even starting if there was a 2, or 3 time no show policy, I’d understand that but an immediate dismissal on the first “no show” even if you call right when they open is too strict in my eyes. Dr.Mahmood is a wonderful doctor
He did not want to listen to me or my experience with how I struggled financially and assumed I was lazy just because of where my weight was at. He was also shocked about my blood sugar and a1c being good as if diabetics who are not at a perfect weight can't take care of their diabetes. Yeah not a great endocrinologist. He also gave me this whole lecture about his country not having the same opportunities we do which makes me think he's out of touch with reality.
