I placed an order a couple months ago that was never delivered and they refunded me. They now randomly charged my credit card again. They said their clerk made an error and accidentally charged about a dozen customer cards on file when no orders were placed. They said they would refund me twice and still haven’t. Beware if they have your credit card on file. I’m now filing reports with multiple agencies. 🤬

They go above and beyond with the personal touches that you only get from a local, family-owned business. And win when matched toe-to-toe with the big guys. In fact, I found Muh Flowers after my wife was disappointed with one of the larger companies. I expect to be a Forever Fan!
