Spent $30 for coffee/cocoa and pastries for my family of 4. My son accidentally spilled his cocoa on the floor....We tried to clean it up ourselves with napkins. When that wasn't working I explained to the owner what happened and asked for a towel to clean it up myself. She abruptly turned to the back, looking mad, came storming out w/ a spray can and towel.
