This Mugshots has really gone downhill in the last few years. Their buger meat is terrible now - just a mushy, homogeneous patty with no texture. Service on the weekends is decent, but on weekdays when they aren't busy, the wait staff treats the restaurant like their own grab-ass arena instead of a job. It is clear in Montgomery that restaurants whose owners and managers stress customer service do very well and those that don't end up closing. The owners/managers of this Mugshots need to take notice.
