Great coffee & atmosphere
I like everything about this place. In particular, their employees appear to love their jobs, they brew coffee that’s roasted dark enough and the quality is always consistent - not too strong, not too weak. If Mugs could be improved upon in one way, I would add a second register as the line gets so long it’s not worth waiting for a simple cup of coffee. Honestly so disappointing waited for coffee for nearly 45 minutes for it to be bland and not be any better than their competitor. Ever since the remodel this place has gone so far downhill
Our experience didn't reflect the rating. I visited with two children. Atmosphere was very average. Firstly, no tables were available inside - all occupied by people with computers, so we were forced to eat outside. I ordered Mac and cheese and rather than delivering it to the table, it was placed at the Uber Eats 'pick-up' area. Not sure why they couldn't be bothered to deliver it to our table.
