Dr. Muggeridge and the staff are fantastic. I've always had a great experience here and I've been a client for over 3 years.
Dr. Muggeridge is a tremendous optometrist. He was efficient, friendly, and on time. He answered my questions in a clear way and gave great advice on how best to manage by eyes!
I'm on my second revision of a prescription originally made in october. The first was wildly off, the second time got one eye almost right. I saw dr Reyes. She was polite about re-doing the prescription twice, but she doesn't use any red/green screens or other verification methods for astigmatism. She also made me very uncomfortable when she insisted on comparing the correction with my super old glasses even though I told her I never use them and that I have a newer contact prescription. I went in person to book an appointment and ask a few questions. I was notified that the exam is $150 and I would need to file my own claim. The reception said she couldn't help answer any questions... She was kind of rude. I am planning to cancel my appointment and book elsewhere.
I don’t recommend this place at all. I went in for an eye exam last year with the female optometrist. It was the quickest eye exam I’ve ever had, she acted annoyed that I was there and she put no effort into answering any of my questions. Considering the eye exams are $150, more than most places, I expected an exceptional service but the experience was horrible. The receptionist at the time also had an attitude and was not welcoming.
