Excellent experience. An eye problem that was missed with other Dr. was detected here and appropriate referrals were set in motion. This saved my husband's eye sight.
Worst place to go i went there to get appointment for myself and my family and I told the receptionist that i have my eye surgery and my eyes check is cover by OHIP for past 25 years and she was disrespectful towards me when I asked her can I speak to a doctor she said no when doctor was free I will not recommend this eye clinic the receptionist has no respect for customer plus she was so rude to senior citizen as well who are not canadian this totally discrimination towards customers
Dr. Muggeridge and the staff are fantastic. I've always had a great experience here and I've been a client for over 3 years.
Dr. Muggeridge is a tremendous optometrist. He was efficient, friendly, and on time. He answered my questions in a clear way and gave great advice on how best to manage by eyes!
I'm on my second revision of a prescription originally made in october. The first was wildly off, the second time got one eye almost right. I saw dr Reyes. She was polite about re-doing the prescription twice, but she doesn't use any red/green screens or other verification methods for astigmatism. She also made me very uncomfortable when she insisted on comparing the correction with my super old glasses even though I told her I never use them and that I have a newer contact prescription.
