Food was great! Atmosphere was awesome! Service was phenomenal! If you go there, ask for Scotty...he is one of the most friendliest waiters that I have ever had! I highly recommend Mugshots!
Terrible service...... And manager that was "too busy" to come speak to six customers at the table. Was there over an hour without any drink refills and one person never receiving a drink. And none of us received any food. They were also not even remotely busy. This was the third bad experience in a row for me here and I hate that cause I live that peanut butt burger. Food is always excellent. But part of the deal is service, and there damn sure wasn't any my last three visits.
Best place to get a burger in Hattiesburg! I always leave with leftovers because the serving sizes are huge.
Excellent food, huge serving sizes, great menu selections and friendly servers. We leave happy, stuffed and with to go plates full of leftovers! Note to first time customers: This is not fast food, and it's always packed for a reason so allow time for your order - you won't be disappointed.
The Mugshots in Hattiesburg is terrible I waited 2and a half hour almost 3 hours for one damn hamburger . Not to mention all my ice melted in my cup before my food was severed . So I had to drink a hot beverage with my burger . I never come back there again if it the last place on earth . I wasted 50 bucks that I would never get back . Very disappointed
Just had THE worst experience here. We waited two hours and finally paid for our drinks and left. The crowd was sparse so I'm not sure what the problem was...I won't be back...
Mugshots in Hattiesburg is awesome,me and the hubby had many date nights there,THANKS MUGSHOTS AND THE WONDERFUL STAFF! Hate I moved away but just found a mugshots here.
Food, drinks and service were great, but will not be returning until the air is fixed. It felt better outside in the 100 degree heat under a ceiling fan than it did inside!!
Servers were great but miserable inside. Please fix your air!!! Won't be returning until it is fixed!!!
