Just as good as the new one in Gulfport. I have never been to one until last week due to bar and grill. I found out it was a restaurant so I tried it. It is one of the best that I have been to with great service, where you can get your value for your money. I will be back again.
Been here over hour now (35 minutes to b seated, then 20 minutes to order, AND 25 minutes to see food on our table!!!) and still no food. Yes they're busy, but thought that's what they're here for. We love coming here but after this tonight, it's making McDonald's even an option :(((
Great service. However, the food pasta was horrible, bloody Mary's we ok but not consistent with other mugshots. If this location were able to get on the same page with the other locations such as Covington LA it would be the gold standard.
It was my first time there for my birthday with my dad, and I really enjoyed myself! I got the Mac and Cheese Burger, and it was so good with the fries! I had the Mombo Combo appetizer of Blankenshrooms and Tee's Cheese Wedges (my dad had the 3rd app of Chuck's Clucks). The food was good, and so was the service. Our server made sure everything was alright and answered any of our questions. I also loved the atmosphere. I plan on going back soon!
The service and the food aren't what they used to be. Server was to bust talking in the back to come take our orders, chicken was dry and hardly any taste to it. It'll be a while before I go spend money there. They seem like they do not want to be competitive in this city with so many other restaurants to choose from!!
Use to be great... server got our drinks wrong to begin with... never got our food... only ordered appetizers. Asked for manager... he came out , but never came back! Paid the bartender for our drinks. DONE! Won't be back, don't want anything free!
This was such a fun atmosphere and the food /beverages were awesome! I only wished we had a Mugshots in West Monroe Louisiana!!!
Enjoyed our meal recently there, great atmosphere only complaint was waitstaff was training a new employee and we never got refills. Would highly recommend for a great burger and atmosphere lots of football games
Draft beer tasted horrible, couldn't drink it. My pull pork sandwich wasn't that good, cold slaw tasted old and the bread would've been better as a roll sopping up spaghetti sauce. I'll never go back. It was a horrible experience.
