By far every Union Bank I have gone to has provided excellent service. However, this branch location excels. From the manager Paul and their teller Elaine. Wonderful job!
Brad has been our go to person, he is outstanding. it is hard these days but this branch goes above and beyond to care for their customers and that top notch service is what has kept us since they took over Security Pacific National Bank in 1993?? Shocked at one star ratings, not everyone is perfect however, this branch as people structured to take care of your needs and correct any situation if needed.
VERY SAD. I've been a customer of UNION BANK for 35 years. They keep closing ATM's and Bank locations, without notice. They close a bank and don't even leave an ATM behind. They haven't updated their online experience to modern standards (see CHASE). Sad to be leaving after all these years. Good bye UNION BANK. Closing my account today.

Today I was the first in line at this branch, and the manager opens the door locks, greets me, & holds the door open for me. Once inside I'm greeted at the entrance by four very excited, happy, smiling women waving their hands @ me and asking me how I'm doing. Needless to say: I was STUNNED. I felt like I was K-pop star or someone famous. I've never been greeted like that at a business before in my entire life. Give these people a raise. If they just got a raise, then give them another raise!
