This is the worst Union Bank in Los Angeles. Customer service is awful. I have been loyal customer for 10 years, and I need to call my old branch to have things done. This is ridiculous. DO NOT OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT THERE. Go to Wilshire/Beverly Drive instead, they are always friendly.
