Heartbreakingly, my father died unexpectedly at the age of 69. He held multiple accounts at Union Bank, Warner Center branch. He also left me as his beneficiary. I will need those funds to cover legal costs and bills while we open up probate. I have all of his information and the death certificate. Every time I have visited this bank, the staff has been overwhelmingly incompetent and rude.
Horrible experience with Union Bank, this customer service people are incompetent and don't know much about customer service. I have DC account that I open some time ago. They send me letter stating if I don't contact them, they will make my account inactive. CD dose not expired yet. Every time we go to union bank, We go straight to our banker Mrs. Arpi K. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and caring. She takes her time to resolve our issues, Gives us great financial advice and dies all this with a smile. To have someone like get who us so professional and knowledgeable is an asset for union bank and us the customers. Thank you Mrs. Arpi and thank u Union Bank fir such a wonderful person and service.
