I don't think I've ever received such an amazing customer service at an automotive place before, Lexie was so phenomenal that I would not recommend anyone to any other mechanic style garage business except Muffler Man on West Main!
We all have fears of getting over charged and under serviced but I didn't feel that way at all at Muffler Man. They worked me into their schedule, on a Monday no less. Steve called me and explained exactly what my car needed and what the price would be. Overall, great service and value and I will definitely be a returning customer!
