This Muffler Man location is amazing. They went so far above and beyond and all while coming in at far below the estimated cost of repair. They went so far out if their way for us and I and my damily are eternally grateful. We will be going back there for any work out vehicle needs, gladly, and recommending them to everyone we know.
I always call around to compare rates on having my automobile repaired. I called three local businesses in the Davison area and they all were about the same price. When I called back to one of the other auto repair businesses to schedule an appointment, they said they were too busy and couldn't look at it until another week, they recommended going to Muffler Man. Finally feels like they've got some qualified help around there. I think the kid's name was Tommy, definitely knows what he's doing and how to deal with customers one on one. I left there knowing the service he did to my motor home was above and beyond what you'll find anywhere else! Not only did he do what I asked, he went extra. I appreciate that.
I just spent over $600 to have new Shocks & Strutts put on my vehicle. Upon driving my car after the work was completed, I noticed a horrible "knocking" like sound. A couple of days later, my husband took my car back to the Muffler Man and the manager Matt took one look at the Strutts and knew right away what the problem was. He said that the Mechanic Dave put 2 left Strutts on. So we had to order another part, more money upfront and wait again.
