Curtis at Benton Harbor Muffler Man was simply amazing and I count him as one of the angels who kept us safe on our recent spring break trip. After failing brakes threatened to ruin our SB road trip, Curtis took in our vehicle right before close and not only fixed our brakes, but held the MM location where it was previously fixed (the day before) accountable for their failed repairs, and made sure the work was warranted and covered. I ran in to a situation on my way through Benton Harbor and Curtis went above-and-beyond! He was able to contact another Muffler Man to work out a warranty situation and went out of his way to make sure that I could get my vehicle when I returned. 5 stars for Muffler Man!
Got a muffler delete on a 2019 Ram 1500, they did an amazing job 👏
This location does not do appointments, so first in first out. Incredibly competitive pricing while other nearby locations were up charging. Excellent experience with solving my O2 sensor issues
