Will not go back! We went to this place all the time when Lou owned it. Not the case anymore. Buyer beware of this business! Went there for a quote and this manager totally tried to take us to the cleaners. Couldn't find anything wrong with the car so made up a few things and wanted to charge us nearly $2,000 for repairs. We left there and went to Merlins on Rte 59 in Plainfield and half the work Farnsworth told us we needed we did not need saved us over $1300. Be careful with this place.
Too Pricy Keusch is the most price gorging service provider ever. This guys are the only service providers on 96 and take ABSOULTE advantage of the customers. A a 4 mile tow and used tire installed for $150.00. No wonder the stinky rich... I hope a competitor will soon come to our rescue..
We love this shop I believe that Keusch's has the best service in town, and their pricing is very fair. Usually a quick repair takes less than a few hours. They offer tires, towing and all mechanic services.

Ripped Me Off The worse service providers ever. My truck was towed for a ridicolous price for a short distance. I am from the same town as, this guys and they show no mercy in ripping you off. An out of town friend that was towed a year ago, told me Keusch charged him excessive price for a tow and a tire fix. I had to find out the hard way... I can't believe this guys, pretty pathetic... PLEASE don't break down on 96 or you will be ripped off. Also watch out for mysterious objects that might poke your tires. SERIOUSLY
oil change this is the only place in town i will take my car to have the oil changed. they are friendly and experienced.
Very Satisfied Had new brakes and oil change. Very professional and quick. Price was less than I would have paid at my local service center. I will definitely be back. New owners have really made a difference.
Ray's Ok Svc Inc is Undependable I just went to Ray's for my 10:00 AM appt. I had scheduled yesterday with them. I normally have my cars worked on there and I'm familar with their routine - schedule an appt., wait for an estimate, decide whether or not to have the work done.
Willing to go back... Plainwell Muffler Man has new owners. Thought I'd give them a try. The past owners were bad. I only had a lube job done but they were friendly, fast and the price was comparable to others shops. I plan to return. Why not give the new owners a try?
