Had an exhaust leak on my truck. Staff found the leak and estimated the repair cost. They had the part in stock, and said the repair would take about an hour. The truck was repaired within the hour, and the final cost matched the estimate provided. Truck is much quieter now. Thanks.
The alternator went out on our car while traveling on a Friday night. We left the car at Muffler Man and called them first thing Saturday morning to see if they could repair it. Despite being incredibly busy, they fixed our car and even stayed an hour after closing to do it. I cannot say enough about how kind everyone was, especially the service manager Randy. Their prices were fair and Randy quoted us accurately prior to repairing it.
We had a car emergency while on our honeymoon and these guys took such great care of us! Joe, the manager, was so incredibly nice and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Every tech was knowledgeable and skilled and the price was much less than we anticipated, especially with how quickly they were able to get us taken care of. Cannot recommend this place enough!
