Wow guys. Just wow. You replaced a fuel pump on a Durango and couldn't find replacement clips for the fuel lines you damaged and you shipped it off any way. Creating a whole new fiasco for a poor family driving their car out of state. Y'all are disgusting

My 19 y/o son had his 2011 Jeep towed to this business due to his Alternator going out and being two hours from home. Joe initially gave him a verbal quote of just over $1000 dollars for a new alternator and new battery installed. This was before knowing if the battery was bad. I received a call from my son right after to tell me of the absurdly high quote. Had an exhaust leak on my truck. Staff found the leak and estimated the repair cost. They had the part in stock, and said the repair would take about an hour. The truck was repaired within the hour, and the final cost matched the estimate provided. Truck is much quieter now. Thanks.
