I have been getting my oil changed here on both my cars for years. I have never had an issues with the staff being rude. If anything they are always extremely nice. They take the time to explain things to me. They have affordable prices. PLUS they get the job done within a reasonable time. I highly recommend stopping in!
I went to muffler man while i was on vacation. Noticed some moisture behind my left drivers side tire. Walked in and the man didn't even smile at me, just looked at me like i was a piece of crap, when i tried to explain the problem he got beligerent and told me to have my cousin fix the damn problem, that he wasn't gonna do a job that i was gonna pay him to do,and that he wasn't interested in anything else that i had to say. I've called muffler man several times this year for an oil change, each and every time I talk to the owner/manager of the business. It was the most horrible customer service ever. He was rude, cruel, and had a smart comment each and every time I called. I would not suggest that they get business from anyone, unless you like getting treated unhuman.
I have never been treated so badly or rudely at a place of business as I was today at Muffler Man. I walked in, asked the man if he would just change my oil filter, not the oil. He said "Get out of here, no..no..get out of here. That's stupid and doesn't even make sense." and walked me off!!! I stood there dumbfounded a while, then I left. What he didn't know, and didn't give me a chance to tell him, is that I am treating my engine right now and just a filter change is exactly what I needed. I knew what I was doing... read more
