Went for an oil change. Muffler Man decided to weld a nut on the drain plug instead of replacing drain plug without my knowledge or permission. They welded the nut while still in the oil pan also welding the nut to the oil pan. At the next oil change the tech put a hole in oil pan when attempting to loosen the welded drain plug. Muffler Man refuses to pay for their mistake and will it stand behind it. Don’t trust this place even for an oil change.
