RecommendedWhile attending CMU for grad school, always received reliable service & the best oil changes in town. Same gentleman runs the front desk & always remembers who I am, so kind & doesn't talk down to me. I left MI about 3 yrs ago & revently in town visiting friends. Drove all the way from Kansas City & on the way my AC broke. Muffler Man hooked me up, running great now & will be able to drive back without my chocolate melting in the car. Even after 3 years, he remember me &/or my car. What a great man that works there!!❤
The prices r great they're customer service could be a lot better they're rude and unhelpful. They act as if you're bothering them if you ask any questions. Would only go back because of the prices

It has been a while since I've took my vehicle to this shop cuz i don't live there anymore but if i did i would still choose muffler man to service my vehicle. Last time i was there they were spot on with what was wrong and fixed the problem and i don't recall having a problem with it since. Customer service was great..
