I had Muffler Man put some tires on my truck. They said they couldn't balance them but still charged me full price. They didn't give me new stems and my bill was not itemized as required by MI law.(they also took 2 hours-very slow)

I was disappointed: I was given a price of $521 for a rear evaporator core for a Town and Country. It was not new, but refurbished and did not work. A second one did not work, so I was charged $811 for a new one from the dealer. If I had known this, I would not have had Muffler Man do the work. I felt misled...
