If you want them to leave your lugnuts untightened, have the wheel fall off before you leave their parking lot, crushing your front fender, then have to go to court against their argument the lug nuts were the wrong size -- all this, after the muffler and tailpipe work was declared substandard and had to be done over by another shop -- yeah, go ahead, give them a try! My car was never the same, and no, justice was not served in court. I ended up paying 1/2 of the remaining charges, because the magistrate did not want to list... read more
