When I got my truck back my spark plugs were so loose I could unscrew them by hand, The wires were not even on the spark plug properly which was causing a misfire, they cut my engine mounts without telling me in order to get my brand new headers in which looked like crap. Worst muffler shop iv ever been to. Worst customer service iv ever experienced. Sat outside for an hour before getting a quote. they are scammers and dishonest. RecommendedRon hooked up my new headers to the existing exhaust on my 1985 Ramcharger. Their quality is as awesome as it always has been. I’ve been using Muffler City for over 15 years. They’ve done several exhaust setups on my Sonoma. They did exhaust on my S10 and on my mustang. Now they’ve worked on my Ramcharger. Quality work all the way around.
They did a excellent job on my 2017 Dodge Challenger I highly recommend these guys!!!!!

I would not go anywhere else but Muffler City Auto Repair. They are the best, and I have been going to them with all of my car needs for many years. They are honest, reliable and phenomenal!! Amazing staff, very warm and welcoming. Very honest, Scott told me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning, what I needed to replace to make it work and what was optional. Tonya the receptionist was so helpful and sweet. I feel I got a fair and reasonable price. My car was ready as promised. Great customer experience. Highly recommended them.

This shop is located off of Sunbeam road. I was referred to them a couple of years ago and they are super! Prices are good and they do not take advantage of you as a female. Everyone is courteous and they explain what needs to be done in detail. Highly recommend!
Muffler a City always treats us well. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t take advantage of you. We would not take our vehicles any place else.
