I have taken 3 different vehicles here for several different issues. Today I took in my daughters 2009 Honda which had a bumper caved in and hanging limp from an argument with a orange safety cone. Cone 1 Jill 0. the Honda also sits low and most curbs are high. Jill is now down 2-0. Ron and his gang secured the bumper and pulled out and mended the bumper to where it is more than 95% better. Using Muffler City saved us about $1,300. The best quality at Muffler city is the honesty.
GREAT experience with JR!! With serious rust issues, the "little" noise I had begun to hear in the exhaust could have cost me thousands in repairs before I could drive my 2003 Camry back to Michigan!! I wanted to do the minimum since it's an old car and cost was a factor. I feel SO grateful to JR because this man is truly sincere, compassionate and knows his stuff!
