After this business put an engine in my car, I have had nothing but major problems. They didn’t follow through making sure that the basic components were working properly, then upon returning to the shop, I am being charged for repairs that should be covered due to their negligence. None of the mechanics working at this shop are ASE certified & local auto part companies are advising against having any car repairs done here. I regret having any work done here & will not be returning in the future.
Took my vehicle in to have it inspected for a shake and a pull to the left. The mechanic said I needed struts, controller arms, a break caliper, and all new breaks (Came out to $1,700.00 with labor). What he didn't know was that I just got the breaks replaced 2 months prior. Because of that I took it to another place for a second opinion. They found nothing wrong at all and it turned out to be the rims causing the issue. Rims replaced and all issues resolved.
Paid $1000 to get my car fixed. The only problem was my fuel pump. Car never ran right after I got it back. Took it nack 4 times for them to not even fix it... I am a single parent with 3 kids and now I am without a car thanks to them. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!
My son was traveling from Arkansas to Canton, Ohio. His truck broke down so he took it to the ford dealership which wanted to replace his motor. We talked to our local mechanic and decided he needed a muffler shop. The muffler brother not only helped us get it towed. They fixed it without a new motor, I might add. And did everything possible to help my son . They waited late to have the truck picked up. They put up with tons of phone calls from me, and were so patient and caring. Wonderful shop and people !
They are very honest and do a great job. If you have a kid at BGSU you will not get ripped off by these guys.
My husband had his muffler welded on his car here, and 5 months later, it fell off. I believe this business is into scamming people out of there money, doing half asked jobs, so they don't have to do quality work. There only in the business to take your money, and give you back your car knowing that in a few months you will have to bring it back to them so they can charge you another astronomical amount of money. BEWARE, do not take your car to this business, they are scam artists.
