4 staff taking orders and 1 in the kitchen. No obvious support for struggling staff who don’t know what they’re doing. Toasted raspberry bread was cold by the time the two milkshakes arrived, which took 10min to make. With some coordination and chaos handling, it wouldn’t take much to improve this. 30% of their tables hadn’t been cleared or cleaned and the floors were filthy.
