Redeculesly rude, very poor costumes service, bad management! They all passive aggressive, They don't deserve working in kids service. Had the worst experience of customer service ever.
1 hour wait for small portion of chips, 40 minutes wait for a latte and serving staff who are just miserable and obviously don't want to be there. Save yourself the annoyance and don't bother ordering anything unless they can instantly grab it from a display cabinet, otherwise prepare for a long wait for anything to get to your table.
The staffers are polite and always make sure you’re comfortable. The food is quite good however the hot beverages are always watery and don’t meet expectations, especially coming from such a well known cafe.
Rude people ever we order pizza that was frozen and when we tell them that this is frozen and it is too cold to eat they said we cant do anything our kitchen is closed
Had ridiculous experience of food & customer service ever. They gave me cold frozen pizza and when I asked to replace they didn’t replace and no refund. Very sad that they have collaboration with CROCS and ruining their reputation also. Will never eat there.
