Love Caroline & Maria at the front desk! Awesome ladies! Doctor is friendly, listens, & gentle. His assistants are friendly & knowledgeable. & they know I'm not a fan of going to the dentist in general. But I feel comfortable & relaxed when I'm there.
Find another dentist, ANY other dentist. I was in pain for days and never got a return call after a procedure at Muenter's office resulted in a bone splinter and infection. Lousy customer service, and a negligent, unprofessional practice.
GREAT! I really enjoyed my cleaning at Dr.Muenter's office. He was very personable and gentle. His assistants were very friendly to me and the front desk people knew ALOT about my insurance that I didn't even know! Thank you :)
