Got a bag that the dog (I mean boss) would not eat, which was strange, as he had always loved it prior to this bag. Shot off an email asking if the formula had changed and explained the issue. Turned out the bag I purchased was old. Muenster sent me a new bag, no questions asked. Ever since, I've ordered straight from the source. No more middle man, and fresh food!
