Awful customer service. The person i talked to which sound like elderly man almost refused to help me. Didn't make me feel like i should ever call this company back. And I never will. Made me feel stupid for only relaying the information I was giving. Did not try to understand my problem at hand.
I Googled "trailer service close to me" and several options were returned. I scanned the closest ones and read about a couple of shops. Mueller's stood out to me for being in business for over 80 years so I hitched up my trailer and headed over. I was greeted by Tom Mueller who promptly diagnosed the issue and recommended a remedy. Tom sprinkled in a couple of jokes as well as some personal background on the history of his family's business.
