With all due respect... I used to love Mueller's. I thought I would use it for friends coming over the NBA All Star Game last weekend. I have done that before. Anyone who knew how to do their job there is gone. Replaced by people who have not a clue what they are doing. I ordered hoagies. THEY SUCK. The rolls are way smaller on the hard rolls, the meat is about half the amount they used to be and look like something you got when you were in high school for lunch. I used to believe they cared about their customers. But, for several months there’s been no rewards program. Lamest of excuses—their vendor is not answering the phone. Really? For months? And, you’re doing nothing about it? Bring back the rewards program. Food still good. But, not feeling the love.
Recommendedthe staff is amazing very friendly if you're a regular they have what you need and what you want ready on the counter before you can even ask for it and if you're not a regular they make sure they get to know you so you feel like a regular customer

The eggs were overdone and ordered as easy. The s.o.s was the end of the batch - admittedly by the owner - super dry and salty. I was told almost an hour into the wait that they no longer had the fruit which was half my meal. Instead of comping our entire order we were comped for the above. I felt this was unacceptable after the experience and we should have been fully comped. It’s unfortunate to have received the excuse from the owner/chef that the outdoor addition is too packed for your other patrons.....
Awesome place! Hoagies are as big as my arm! Definitely worth the trip!
