Don't work here if you looking a better job. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
So I was recently let go from this company for a report that was made on me while on road. Didn’t receive a verbal warning, didn’t receive a write up. Worked hard for 5 months never received my 3 months review. Don’t recommend working for them. Management is reall really bad. Runs company like if she’s a middle school principal.
(Pt 1) This is the worst company you can work for even temporarily , first of all not only does the boss man live in the property but he micromanages everything you do and you will never get a chance to speak to him he’ll look at you crazy even if it’s your first day he won’t introduce himself to you, for some reason he wants you fear him. No pitstops anywhere or you risk immediate termination. The turn over rate is insane every 3 to 4 months a whole new crew is hired on.
