Missed diagnosing an inner ear infection when I brought my cat in, then didn’t treat it appropriately and said my cat had a stroke. Basically dismissed us. It progressively worsened, they didn’t have the time to see my cat because they were too busy so instead of putting my cat down like they suggested over the phone, we went somewhere else where they treated the ear infection with very strong antibiotics but the infection spread to other areas and she couldn’t fight anymore and died. I called to try to get my pets switched over as the vet they were seeing had moved over and they came highly recommended, didn’t happen. The lady on the phone, Jane I believe, didn’t seem to really care and they are apparently not accepting new clients. Seems silly considering our vet moved there. We also have somewhat of a pet emergency, in which she couldn’t care less about. Just over all not very friendly at all.
EXTREMELY friendly and professional people. My wife and I wouldn't take our 5 horses, 2 cats, 1 dog to anybody else!!
Absolutely loved this Vet! Drove 45 minutes just because the staff is always pleasant and nice and tonight got to meet the Vet and he was great! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
