Called to inquire about possible lawn mower repair service and was immediately asked to hold. Phone was placed down on the counter and I could hear what was going on, was on hold for 12 minutes, had to scream Hello multiple times for someone to pick the phone back up. Then the lady was snooty with me when I stated what had happened. Certainly not a way to treat potential customers. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business.
